The event relationship agent

Remember everyone you met.

Syndicate is a private agent for the people you meet. Scan to connect at an event, capture one breath of context, wake up to a summary of who you met — and when you need someone new, your agent asks the people you know for an introduction.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN What you know about someone is yours alone. The people you meet never see it.
ZERO UPKEEP No notes, tags or profiles to maintain.

What we’re actually solving

Nobody owns the after.

At an event, intent peaks in the room — and collapses the moment everyone flies home. The “let’s grab coffee sometime” that never happens. The forty names you can’t place a week later.

Event apps go dark when the event ends, because nobody reopens them. The relationship that should persist simply evaporates. Syndicate is built to keep it alive — and to put it to work.

How it works · room to introduction

Five moments. You do almost nothing.

If an agent adds work, nobody uses it. So Syndicate captures passively — no manual notes, tags or profile upkeep. Effortlessness is the feature.

IN THE ROOM
01

Scan to connect

You: point your phone at a new acquaintance’s code. Name and company — everything else optional.

Your agent: treats the scan as a persistent link between your two agents, not a static business card.

A connection exists only if you both scan. The mutual scan is the opt-in.

IN THE ROOM
02

One-breath capture

You: optionally say five seconds of what’s worth remembering. Skippable, so it’s never work.

Your agent: keeps it in your memory — and only yours — while it’s still warm.

Captured in the moment, not reconstructed later.

NEXT MORNING
03

Day-after summary

You: open one digest — who you met, who each one is, and what they said they’d do.

Your agent: assembles it from your scans and notes.

Instant payoff, zero effort asked of you.

WEEKS LATER
04

Surface on contact

You: hear from someone you can’t quite place — a message, an invite.

Your agent: tells you who they are, what you discussed, and what was promised.

The reason you keep Syndicate long after the event.

WHEN YOU NEED SOMEONE
05

Ask for an introduction

You: “Ask Brian’s agent to introduce me to Carol.”

Your agent: asks Brian’s agent directly. Brian’s notes about Carol stay with Brian; yours stay with you. Brian approves on his own phone.

A stranger becomes a not-stranger, through someone who vouched.

“Three weeks later someone gets back in touch, and my agent instantly tells me who they are and what we agreed.” Not “my agent booked a coffee.” The agent becoming the point, not the tool.

The other side of the scan

The people you meet don’t need the app.

Anyone can scan your code with their regular phone camera. They land on a lightweight web page, enter their name and company, and tick one box to consent. Nothing to download — and you still get the connection.

THE ONE MESSAGE THEY’LL GET

“Priya saved your conversation from AI Tinkerers KL; 3 people want to stay in touch — claim your connections.”

One nudge, then silence. Never spam.

Private by design

Your memory is yours.

Most assistants get personal by pooling everything they know. Syndicate is built the other way round: every person has their own memory, and no agent can read anyone else’s.

One memory per person

What you know about someone lives in your memory and nowhere else. The people you meet never see it.

Agents share only what you’d say out loud

When your agent asks someone else’s for an introduction, it passes a short, deliberate message — never your notes.

A no looks exactly like not knowing

If someone declines to introduce you, your agent can’t tell that apart from them not knowing the person. Nobody learns who anyone is keeping quiet about.

Never used for training or ads

Cohinn has no advertising or data business. Your memory isn’t used to train models or sold to anyone. Our only business is serving you.

Questions

Good to know.

What is Syndicate?

A private agent for the people you meet. It remembers who you met and what mattered, and it can ask other people’s agents for introductions on your behalf. Its first job: making sure you never lose the people you meet at events.

Is my data safe?

Every person has their own memory, and no agent can read anyone else’s. When agents talk to each other they pass a short, deliberate message — never your notes. Cohinn never uses your data for training, advertising or third-party sharing.

Do the people I meet need Syndicate too?

No. Anyone can scan your code with their phone camera and share their name and company on a simple web page — no download. If you both use Syndicate, the scan also links your two agents directly.

What happens if I lose my phone?

Your memory belongs to your account, not your handset. Sign in on a new phone and your agent picks up where it left off.

Does it work on my laptop?

Syndicate is built for your phone, because that’s where you meet people. It runs in any modern browser — no app store needed.

How is this different from Apple Intelligence or Gemini?

It works the same on iPhone and Android, and it’s built for agents to work with each other on your behalf — something assistants inside one company’s walled garden aren’t designed for. And Cohinn has no ad or data business.

What’s coming next?

Introductions between agents are what we’re demonstrating now. Everything after that — what’s live, what’s next, and what we’re exploring — is on the roadmap.
